01Deadline
You have the right to withdraw from this contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days.
The deadline for exercising the right of withdrawal expires 14 days from:
- The conclusion of the contract, in the case of provision of services;
- The day you receive the goods, in the case of sale of goods.
02How to exercise it
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you just need to communicate your decision to us, before the end of the 14-day deadline, through an unequivocal statement sent by:

03Effects
In case of withdrawal from the contract, we will refund all payments received, within a maximum of 14 days from the date we were informed of the withdrawal decision, using the same means of payment you used in the initial transaction.
04Exceptions (art. 17 of DL 24/2014)
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Services that have been fully provided, with your prior express consent and acknowledgement that you will lose the right of withdrawal as soon as the contract is fully performed;
- Goods made according to consumer specifications or clearly personalised;
- Digital content whose execution has begun with your prior express consent.
